Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Zed Instruments 500804-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Static-Control-Products parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Zoid product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 1606XL240DRB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1080S203XX1080S203XX manufactured by Static-Control-Products and we are pleased to be able to service most Static-Control-Products systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ZOID2TBA by Manufacturer Zoid as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Zero-Electronic-Solutions Brand 060110471 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Emerson such as 0444LM1U1A1I6 equipment made by Emerson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Emerson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Emerson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MH4150BG1357 made by Ac-Tech as well as the popular 004088563 original spares produced by Applied-Materials

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0528751 by Reliance-Electric and 0444LM1U1A1I6 spares by Emerson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 14018236 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Thermawave.
